The New Braunfels Real Estate Market was still healthy for sellers in August 2015 with 4.1 months of inventory and the Median home price up 20% to $224,850. At Laura Hallam Real Estate we noticed a slight lull in showings around the two weeks leading up to Back To School, but after that, things seemed to pick up again and showings have remained pretty steady. The average days on market was still less than 2 months. We’ve almost made it past the long Texas summer’s hot humid temperatures and will soon see crisp fall air. That means buyers will be out looking at houses and cruising open houses between football games.
