November 2016 was steady in the New Braunfels housing market. Single family homes sales was up 18% over November of last year with median home price up 2 percent to $233,475. These stats are showing that New Braunfels survived the presidential election and our market performing even better that November of 2015. Despite there being a 39.9% jump in active listings over last November, there is still a pretty low inventory of homes for sale in New Braunfels making this a great time to put your home on the market.
