NEW BRAUNFELS HOUSING MARKET
November brought another strong month in the New Braunfels Housing Market. Despite a slight uptick in the average days on market to 69 days, there was still only 3.8 months of inventory. There was also a 15% jump in the median home price over last November with the median sales price coming in at $228,500. A total of 90 Single Family homes closed in December with is also a 17% increase over last November.
So what does this mean? It’s time to get your New Braunfels house on the market! It may be December, but we have serious buyers looking for a home NOW! Don’t wait until Spring when everyone puts their home on the market, that will mean more competition!
